Name: Lubbicko "Raginbert" Hroðwardson af Turholt[aka Rimbert]
Culture: Frisian/German
Social Rank: Ærcebiscop af Hamma endi Bremum / East Francia Trade Envoy /Jarl
Religion: Inn Nýi Siðr

Additional Information:
Lubbicko claims to be originally from a town Frisia called "Medemblik". He is a man in his late twenties, having only been ordained as a priest a few years ago after previously being trained as a monk in Turholt where he spent most of his childhood, youth and formative years. Having formerly been invested as a monk, he often continues dress in a brown monk-like robe and cloak, and he sports a short haircut. Lubbicko always wears a lightly engraved silver cross on a leather thong around his neck that is set with a few small gems, and if he carries weapons besides a knife and a staff he must conceal them well. Most recognise him as a priest or a monk, despite this his friendly manner and readiness to engage in drinking marks him out as good company. He never, or at least rarely, mentions his faith unless asked and then he is politely brief when explaining himself. He never enquires about the faith of others nor does he impose his views upon them.

Lubbicko has spent several years travelling Scandinavia as first a monk and later as a priest and trade envoy, and there he supposedly befriended many jarlar. The story goes that his popularity amongst the Norse was the reason for his rapid rise up the priestly hierarchy, as a lasting peace treaty was highly desirable in East Francia after years of Norse raiding.

Lubbicko is known to speak German (aka Old Saxon), Frisian and East Norse fluently, although he has a heavy accent when speaking the East Norse language. He is almost certain to speak Latin fluently as well.

150-867, Update:
It has been discovered that Lubbicko, a Frisian priest and a trade envoy, has recently been appointed as the Archbishop of Hamburg & Bremen, in Saxony. Despite being a somewhat undesirable diocese on the very border of the East Francia Empire with the heathens to the north, and with continued Norse raids from up the River Elb, this is still considered a stunning 'promotion' for a man as young as Lubbicko, he must be a great favourite both at the Court of Ludwig Suðrvegrinn and with the Bishop of Rome himself. Lubbicko doesn't seem to be very thrilled with his new job.

The interesting Saxon port of Jever, with its small mistrusted Christian-Danish community and it's large white washed church, is part of his diocese.

Somewhere along the way, it appears that Lubbicko has picked up the new moniker, "Raginbert". Roughly translated it means, "Guiding Light".
